- Monster JP rewards program is open to all Monster India customers, who have purchased a minimum of 100 intelli / Power job post
- Start Date of the program is 09th October 2009. Monster.com has the right to withdraw the rewards program without any notice
- The program is designed for customers on Monster India only
- All Monster India's existing clients who have exceeded 9 months of contract service validity will not be eligible to be part of this program.
- About the program Monster JP reward program
- If you consume 40% or above of your job postings within 3 months of purchase, you get 40% bonus job postings, absolutely FREE!
- If you consume 30% or above of your job posting inventory exclusively between 3rd - to - 6th Months of purchase, you get 30% bonus job postings, absolutely FREE!
- If you consume 30% or above of your jobs posting inventory exclusively between 6th - to - 9th months of purchase, you get 30% bonus job postings, absolutely FREE!
- Few possible scenarios
- If a customer has consumed less than 40% job postings within 3 months of purchase he will not be eligible for any bonus for this period. However, if the customer still consumes 30% or more job postings exclusively between 3rd and 6th month of purchase, he gets 30% bonus job postings. Same approach gets extended to 6th to 9th month bonus rule.
- If a customer has consumed more than 40% job postings within 3 months of purchase he will be eligible for 40% bonus job postings for this period. If the customer consumes less than 30% job postings exclusively between 3rd and 6th month of purchase, he still gets 30% bonus job postings provided the sum total of consumption in initial 3 months and 3rd to 6th month equals or exceeds bonus percentage of (40% + 30% = 70%). Same approach gets extended to 6th to 9th month bonus rule.
- Bonus job postings validity will be same as the contract validity i.e the bonus job posting will have to be consumed within the contract period
- Clients with multiple log –ins the distribution of bonus will be on the same percentage as allocated initially, however the client can call up Monster’s customer relations and distribute the bonus job positing in various log ins as per their requirement
- Incase the contract period is for more than 1 year, bonus rules will be applicable only in the first year considering the total bought inventory for bonus calculations.
- Monster JP Rewards program is meant for customers who have bought Job Postings for a contract period of 12 months. Customers with lesser contract period will not be a part of the rewards program
- No other offer can be clubbed with the Monster JP rewards program
- These Terms and Conditions may be changed by Monster.com from time to time in its absolute discretion and without any requirement of prior notice
